FC West Texas, a member of the US Arena Professional Soccer League, formally announced
Odessa, TX, December 12, 2018 – From the owners of the two-time Indoor Championship Football Team Amarillo Venom Football comes Pro Soccer and Football to Midland/Odessa. In a press conference today, December, 12 2018 at 2:30pm at the Ector County Coliseum in the Arena of the Permian Basin, League Owner and Commissioner Stephanie Tucker introduced FC West Texas, a member of the US Arena Pro Soccer League.

Stephanie Tucker was raised in the Texas Panhandle on a family owned farm and ranch in Groom, TX. She has a bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from Texas Tech University. She and her husband Toby have owned and operated the Amarillo Venom indoor Football team for the past 8 years. During that stint, they won 2 Championships and multiple playoff berths. They have 3 kids that have grown up around sports since their dad was a coach and is now the Athletic Director for Canyon ISD. She has been in the sports world for more than 20 years and is looking forward to bringing soccer, football, and family-friendly entertainment to West Texas.
